Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Talabiti, an ordering platform that connects licensed pharmacies with medicine warehouses. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Talabiti.

1. Who can use Talabiti

Talabiti is for licensed pharmacies and licensed medicine warehouses in Syria, and for the people authorised to act for them. You must be 18 or over, give accurate registration details including your licence number, and keep them up to date.

New accounts are reviewed and need approval before they can sign in. We may approve, reject or later suspend an account at our discretion, for example if a licence cannot be verified.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secret. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. Do not share accounts between businesses.

3. What Talabiti is and is not

Talabiti is a tool that helps pharmacies and warehouses find each other, compare offers and place orders. Talabiti is not a pharmacy, wholesaler or carrier. It does not sell, store, deliver or inspect medicines.

An order placed on the platform is an agreement between the pharmacy and the warehouse. Prices, stock, offers, delivery, payment and returns are the responsibility of those two parties, and any dispute is between them. We may offer support to help resolve it.

Drug names, forms, strengths and prices shown in the catalogue come from public and user-submitted sources and are provided for ordering convenience only. They are not medical or pharmaceutical advice. Always check the product against the supplier's documents and your professional judgement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Orders and payment

A warehouse decides whether to accept an order. Payment terms, invoicing and settlement are agreed between the pharmacy and the warehouse. Where a warehouse has a commercial contract with Talabiti, that contract sets any platform fees, and those fees are not changed by these terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you add (such as your catalogue entries, offers and logo) and give us permission to store, display and process it to run the platform. Talabiti, its design and software belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Talabiti available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Talabiti and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is required to be closed by law. Orders already placed remain a matter between the parties.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Talabiti is provided "as is" and we are not liable for the conduct of users, the quality, legality or delivery of any product, errors in catalogue data, or indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the password-reset email we send. By registering you agree to receive it when you request a reset.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it, and we will tell account holders about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the competent Syrian courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
